Campfire is a multifaceted organization. They have groups in which children are taught living and self-reliance skills. A volunteer leader runs these groups. They also teach babysitting, specialized babysitting for the very young and/or DD child, and other self-reliance skills. ANYONE in the community can attend these classes. Call for class dates, times and location. They have a program called SPECIAL SITTERS that teaches teenagers to care for children with disabilities. Saturday Club is where children disabled or not disabled can gather and play with the SPECIAL SITTERS on Saturdays. Scholarships are available. Children can begin at any time
